One-site support
Pharmaplan offers its customers a unique on-site support programme by opening offices directly at the customer‘s location to be as close as possible to the actual operations. With a dedicated core team, we deliver continuous local support with a variety of pharma engineering services on a daily basis.
The core of the on-site support programme is to serve our customers more effectively by mobilising the required resources quickly and solving the task more efficient when being present on site. Knowing the production site, the products, the processes and their dependencies, the QMS procedures as well as having an in-depth knowledge of the organisation, stakeholders, company culture, lines of communications and rules and regulations is the key to effective on-site support.
Our Pharmaplan service portfolio includes:
- engineering for product change over and capacity optimisation
- all types of facility upgrades or refurbishments
- (re-)qualification and validation services including preparation of the required GMP documentation
- execution of thermo mappings in cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, incubators, stability chambers, autoclaves and others

When we staff our on-site teams, it is crucial that our employees have the right profile and the right technical competences to match our customers’ needs. Our employees on-site have a broad set of competencies, are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure a structured and efficient project execution in accordance with the priorities of our customers.
The Pharmaplan team on-site also serves as a gateway to our global organisation:
- access to our large pool of pharma engineers which allows us to scale up and down our on-site teams quickly in order to meet the business requirements of our customers
- access to global experts, who can provide in-depth knowledge of pharma processes and technologyaccess to
- Pharmaplan’s proven tools and methods, which include a diverse range of Communities of Interest (COI), where our employees share knowledge and best practices with regards to project management, engineering and technology.
Pharmaplan can offer our customers a framework contract for the on-site support programme which governs all relationship and commercial aspects.
