DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Projects must manage a multitude of documents. A reliable Document Management System (DMS) is key for a successful project execution. Document Management also includes planning, controlling and communication functions. ThinkProject is e.g. one of the preferred solutions Pharmaplan is using in projects.
DIGITAL DESIGN – BIM AND VIRTUAL REALITY
The use of digital design tools is crucial on the road towards efficient planning, construction and operation of facilities. BIM and Virtual Reality are important to ensure seamless 3-D planning across all disciplines, minimise re-planning effort and enable virtual design reviews and – if applied consequently – setting-up a digital twin of a facility.
A “digital twin” is the virtual copy of a production building. Supplied with real-time information from the facility, it can be used to plan and optimise operating processes (maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.). Planning principles and concepts can also simply be copied and made available for other projects and production buildings.

From process simulation to production planning, from energy to utility consumption simulation – the process experts at Pharmaplan have extensive knowledge in the use of simulation tools such as SuperProDesigner® and SchedulePro® (Intelligen, Inc.).
