This is why Pharmaplan continuously invests in the development of our employees. We believe that our own long-term experienced, mostly grey-haired, Senior Specialists are the best trainers and mentors for colleagues who just started their career after studies or for those who simply would like to broaden their knowledge by digging into a new discipline.
Therefore we have created over the last years an internal group-wide training programme, which is beneficial for all stakeholders: the trainer can use their exercise sessions as exchange platform, the trainees gather deep insights and finally the customers benefit from it when our colleagues apply their newly gained knowhow on a project.
